She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chapman and Clara Chapman; her husband Dr. Richard Williams; and her siblings, Ruth C. Blythe, Paul Chapman Jr. and Josephine Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Dale (Albie) and Michael Williams (Alison); and her granddaughter Madison Williams (Matt Bhella).
