She was predeceased by: her son Gene; her husband Edwin Paulus; her siblings, Edwin D. Nickol, Van Nickol, Margie Nickol, Myrna Gehle Gigandet, Fred (Iris Nickol), John (Ramona Nickol) and Neil (Peggy Nickol); her siblings-in-law, Delaine Gehle, Norman Gigandet, Jean Miller Nickol, Hazel Nickol and Delia Nickol; and her parents, Edwin Henry Nickol and Mary Printz Nickol.
She is survived by: her children, John Paulus, Christine Engel (Skip) of Tucson and Gayle Held (Gilbert) of Norman; her daughter-in-law Debra Paulus of Norman; her brother Ramon Nickol (Rosie) of Versailles; and her sister-in-law Marie Nickol of Tucson. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Norman or the Alzheimer's Association in Norman.
