She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Spears; her daughter Tanya Spears; her parents, Obie Kindley and Dollie Kindley; and her brother Dr. Eugene Kindley.
She is survived by: her daughter Juanita; her husband Master Sergeant; her sons, Kelton Spears (Edna) and Bryan Spears (Monica); her granddaughters, Stephanie Plummer (Ronnie), Kristine Wiggins (Johnny), Kalee Redman (Will) and Jessica Sebring (Braun); her great grandchildren, Charlotte Wiggins, Waylon Plummer and Wyatt Wiggins; her brother Jerry Kindley (Cheryl); her friend Jesse Naylor (Kim Rasmussen); and also, Blake and Addie.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations made in honor of Juanita to the American Diabetes Association.
