She is survived by: her husband Fredrick Arthur Wellborn; her sons, Gary Wellborn, Michael Wellborn and Warren Wellborn; her daughter-in-law Geri Wellborn; her grandchildren, Emily Snyder, Louis Wellborn, Matthew Wellborn, Xan Kuzmanovski and Seth Wellborn; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn Jean Snyder and Julia Elizabeth Snyder.
