He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sabatino and Elizabeth Smith; his wife Bertha Faye Sabatino; his son Ralph Barney Sabatino Jr.; and his brother Frank Sabatino.

He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Gail Sabatino and Thomas James Sabatino; his grandchildren, Charles Ray Branson Jr. (Misty), Melissa Marie Partin (Christopher), Jenni Sabatino, Kim Sabatino and Christopher Sabatino; and his great grandchildren, Casey Bailey, Haley Bailey, Kyle Bailey, Kolton Branson, Aria Marie Partin, Cayden Sabatino and Gracie Alinger.
