He was predeceased by: his parents, F. D. Miller and Vernon Mae Griffin Miller; his sister Mary Patricia (Richard E. Oberly); and his grandson Zachary Joseph Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sara B. Jackson Miller; and his children, Cynthia Ann Miller of Norman, OK and Richard Kirt Miller of St. Paris, OH..
