He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lepper and Ula Lepper (Robertson); and his siblings, Marian and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Sue Lepper of Liberal; and his children, Richard "Rich" Lepper Jr. (Kaaren) of St. James, Kim Blakeley (Shona) of Freedom, David Patton (Susie) of Sarasota, Terri Joy of Jefferson and Debra Brown (Eugene) of Moore.
