We announce the death of Robert James Joseph (Norman, Oklahoma), born in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 73. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Mayme Joseph; and his wife Kathryn Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Michael Joseph (Jodi) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Austin, Gracie, Katlyn, Chloe, Allie and Andrew; and his friends, Jodi and Aimee.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More University Parish (100 Stinson St, Norman, OK 73072). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St Joseph Catholic Cemetery (211 N Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Robert's honor.
