He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. LeBlanc and Noemie Freret LeBlanc; and his wife Kathryn Marie "Kay" Jansing LeBlanc of Norman. He is survived by: his children, Robert LeBlanc Jr. (Tammy) of Norman, Oklahoma, David LeBlanc (Brian Holloway) of Cathedral City, California, Lisa Ann LeBlanc of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and James B. "JJ" LeBlanc (Kimberly) of Richardson, Texas.; his grandchildren, Robby LeBlanc, Julianna Hopper, Caroline Johnson, Kelly Wilson and William LeBlanc; and his great grandchildren, Briar, Ford, Field, Heidi, Henry, Grant, Sloane Grace and James Weller.
