He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Onspaugh Sr. and Ella Onspaugh. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, Arthur, Paul and Laurie (Carol); his children, Dawn, Shelley and Bobby; and his grandson Roland.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to American Legion Post 88, with a note "Boys State", PO Box 11, Norman, OK 73071. These donations will sponsor a delegate to attend the annual convention each summer.
