He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Wayland Cummings; and his brother Gene Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Diana Morgan; his stepmother Patricia Cummings; and his brother Donald Cummings. He is also survived by numerous extended family, colleagues and friends.
