He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Raymond and Anna Evelyn McKey (Coldsmith); his siblings, Bob, Charlie, Francis, Marion, Fay, Mildred and Barbara; and his daughter Tammie Schaefer.
He is survived by: his wife Coletta McKey; his children, Roy McKey, Jr. (Robin) of The Colony, Texas and Crystal Wilson (Don) of Shawnee, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Jonerra, Robert and Elizabeth.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.
