He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Woodard; his parents, Roy Lee Woodard and Laura Lavada Tramell; and his siblings, Otis "Woody" Woodard, Ladonna Chasteen, Velda Towell, Eudora Dixon and Aletha McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Carl Woodard; his children, Stevi (Jay Craig), Marc (Brenda Woodard) and Angie (Ben Spears); and his grandchildren, Bo (Megan Woodard), Blake (Brianna Woodard), Chloe (Jackson Pesch), Cade Summers (Zoe Shaw), Annie Cate Summers of Norman, OK, Joey Craig of Norman, OK and Phoebe Spears of Celina, TX.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary South Lakes (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Resthaven Memory Gardens - Oklahoma City (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
