We announce the death of Stella Cook (Norman, Oklahoma), born in McLoud, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 95. Stella will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Bascum Daniel and John Arthur Daniel; her brother Arthur Calvin Daniel (Dan); her grandmother Sophia London; and her husband Duane.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Cook (Tammy), Patti Mauldin and Debbi Ensminger; her grandchildren, Abbey Cook, Cassidy Cook, Sophia Karr, Ramsey Mauldin, Debbi, Danika Stidham and Lance Ensminger; her great grandchildren, Danae Stidham, Olivia, Isadora Ensminger and Silas Karr; and her pet Buddy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Tribute Memorial (4300 W Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73072). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
