He was predeceased by: his grandparents, LaDonna Epperson (Greenlee), Bobby Lee May and Joseph Russo. He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Robert May Sr. and Lisa Kay May; his sisters, Shelby Dowell (Steven) of Jones and Brianna Nikkel of Yukon; his nephew Zane Dowell of Jones; his grandparents, Cynthia Russo of Andover, MA and Charles Losawyer (Barbara) of Oklahoma City; and his aunt Lara Mathews (Justin) of Dale, OK.
