He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Julian and Juanita Julian; and his wife Oleta Rose Julian (Turner). He is survived by: his children, Scott Julian (Chantelle) of Choctaw, OK and Stacey Martin (David) of Syracuse, Utah; and his grandchildren, Kelley Martin of Yukon, OK, Petty Officer and Class Julian Martin (Bethany).
