He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson "Frog" Holt and Gertie "Muddy" Holt (Guthrie); his daughter Camilla "Camie" Kay Holt; and his sisters, Ramona Cooper and Geraldine Stratton.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Holt; his children, Martha Graham and Joe Holt (Kristin); his grandchildren, Hank Graham, Kalyn, Haylee Graham, Drake, Kaci Gifford, Luke and Caden Holt; his great grandchildren, Hawksyn, Bodie, Payte, Tyler, Mollie and Kami; and his sister-in-law Sara Cobb.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Foundation Church of Maysville (300 Ripley St, Maysville, OK 73057).
