She is survived by: her children, Rick Skaggs (Susie) of Norman and Lorie Webster (Terry) of Bixby, OK; her grandchildren, Carissa New (Graeme) of Bixby, David Webster (Heather) of Carlisle, IA and Duncan Skaggs of Norman; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Mathias, Madison, Jackson, Meredith, Maxwell and Amelia.
