He is survived by: his children, Marcus Palmer of Chickasha, OK, Darlene Palmer of Andarko, OK, Georgene Palmer (Tim) of Cincinnati, OH, Georgana Palmer (Jerry) of Anadarko, OK, Mariann Corley (Kerry) of Elgin, OK, Stacey Palmer (Ramon) of Peidmont, OK, Caroline Palmer and Lawton; his brother Jack Koontz of Stecker, OK; and his close friend Andrew Ware.
