He is survived by: his parents, James Wade Best Sr. and Terry Lynne Best (Storm) of Norman; his brother Will Best of Tecumseh; his grandparents, Bill and Margaret Storm; and his pet Luna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
