She was predeceased by: her parents, William John and Alpha Loweta Skaggs (Pruitt); and her husband Billy Ray "Bill" Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Jan Kirkes (Gus) of Norman; and her brother John H. Skaggs (Marilyn) of Springfield, Virginia..
