He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Garrett Sr. and Margaret Garrett; and his wife Jenna. He is survived by: his siblings, J. C., Melvin, Jerry, Mike, Chris, Charles and Debbie; his children, Sharon Garrett, Karen Griffin (Sherman) and David Garrett (Cindy); his grandchildren, Lindsay Demeter (Jordan), Lesley Pillars (Matt), Erica Elliott (Matt), Paul Turner, Cerissa Howard (Jake), Kelsey Bates (Nick), Krissy Griffin and Kyle Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Carson Turner, Morgan Demeter, Audrey Turner, Jase Demeter, Rhyder Howard, Ellie Howard and Eli Elliott.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tribute Memorial (4300 W Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73072). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
