She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Phillips and Evelyn Rodgers Phillips; her husband James "Jimmy" Floyd; and her brother Michael Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ward (Dustin) of Glen Rose and Royce Floyd (Molly); her grandchildren, James, Margaret and Violet of Norman, OK; and her siblings, Jim (Ruth), John (Christine), Roy Phillips and Lucille Strawn of Toledo. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Benton Funeral Home (322 N Market St, Benton, AR 72015). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fairplay Missionary Baptist Church (8516 Fairplay Rd, Benton, AR 72019). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Fairplay Cemetery.
