He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Everett and Nora Royer (Goldsberry); and his wife Mary Ann Radford. He is survived by: his son Jerry DeWitt (Jayna); and his brother Wendall Abbott (Caughell). He is also survived by two brothers, and a host of other relatives and friends, including his favorite niece.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Church of God (408 S Pine St, Nowata, OK 74048).
