We are sad to announce that, on March 9, 2021, at the age of 89, Billy Barnes of Nowata, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Marguerite Barnes (Moore); his daughter Sherry Reece; his brothers, Bob, Jim and Danny Barnes; his grandson Steven Ketcherside; and his great great grandchild Clyde Harris Link.

He is survived by: his wife Gaynelle Barnes; his children, Terry Barnes (Patricia) of Nowata, Billy Dean Barnes of Nowata, Bobby Barnes of Nowata, Teresa Wilson of Nowata and Lori Glasscock (Terry) of Vinita; and his sisters, Vada Tatum of Claremore and Linda Kipps (Jack) of Nowata. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.

Donations can be made in Billy's honor to the 1033 Ambulance of Nowata.
