He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Kirby and Joe Kirby Sr.; his siblings, Joe Kirby Jr., Sina Pine and Henrietta Kirby; his daughter Tami Hindman; and his grandson Daniel Frye.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ruth Belden; his daughters, Cindy Moss, Kris Frauenberger (Michael), Wanda Jackson (Christopher) and Tonya Pinkston (Kevin); his son-in-law Joe Hindman Jr. of Nowata; and his siblings, Mary Kirby, Treva Belden of Nowata and Grady Kirby (Cindy) of Claremore. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Word Family Church (225 S Ash St, Nowata, OK 74048). A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
