He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Struble and Bonita Struble (Granada); his wife Jackie; his daughter Jane; and his brothers, Rex Struble (Formally) and Lynn Struble of Allegan Michigan.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Major and Renee Ballou (Jeff) of Michigan; his niece Tina West of Nowata; his stepdaughter Lisa of Colorado; his children, Linda, Kim, Timothy and Rex; and also Rolland Pruitt.
