He was predeceased by: his wife Shelli Temple; and his grandparents, Joe, Catherine Mock, Hubert and Lea Temple.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill Temple and Phyllis Temple of Nowata; his aunts and uncles, Rebecca Ecker (John) of Muskogee, Marjorie White of Broken Arrow, James Mock (Bev) of Delaware, Bill Mock (Brenda) of Coffeyville and Abe Elias of Broken Arrow; his cousins, Heidi Whitford, Mary Kate Tejral (Ron), Jena Pulsifer (Josh), Chris Heath (Amy), John Mock (Tiffany), Jordan Whitford, Joni White and Danielle Lowrey; his niece Rachel Noblin (Wes); his parents-in-law, Roberta Hamm of Bernice and Bob Delp (Letha) of Tahlequah; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Dotson (David) of Claremore, Carol Hamm of Muskogee, Larry Hamm (Nadine) of Broken Arrow, Darry Hawkins (Marsha) of Vinita and Jeff Hawkins of Vinita.
