She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lewis and Gladys Lewis; her husband Harry Sebert; her sisters, Betty, Patsy and Carolyn; and her grandson Phil.
She is survived by: her children, Twylla (Mark), Kenny (Vicki) and Phil (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Carrie, Casey, Marcus, Malina, Melissa, Raylynn, Kynna and Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Langston, Cohen, Prescott, Grant, Greg, Brock, Carson, Braden, Brianna, Christopher, Nathan, Jason, Nicholas, Alexander, Eva and Olivia.
