She is survived by: her husband Stephen Collins; and her children, Debra Lynch (Jim), Jimmy Douglas Martin Jr. (Rose), Angelia Williamson (Robert), Wade Martin, Karen Needel (Philip), Lisa Collins, Travis Collins (Sheila) and Michael Collins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
