She was predeceased by: her parents, William Juddy and Nora Davis Brinlee; her husband Norvell Lewis; and her brothers, James Brinlee and R. C. Brinlee.

She is survived by: her children, Buddy (Barbara Lewis), Curtis (Jacque Lewis), Tommy Lewis of Octavia, Oklahoma, Gina (Ken Moore), Arizona and Donna Knowles of Edmond, Oklahoma; her brother R. B. Brinlee of Wheatland, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Aspen Corrado, Brandon Moore, Taylor Sample, Jessica Hixson, Matthew Lewis, John Paul Marshall, Alaina Johnson, Lilah Knowles and Lily Knowles. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
