It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jama Ratliff (Oilton, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ratliff and Sherry Ratliff (Doolin). She is survived by: her children, Tera, Stacy and Jason; her spouse Teddy Mills; her daughter Brooke Low (Cody); her grandchildren, Brody and Brylee Low; her siblings, James Ratliff, Jennifer Smith, Justin O'Bryant, Ricky O'Bryant and Angie Kennon (Doug); her friend Thelma O'Bryant; and her stepfather Mark Orcutt.
