He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lewis Mills and Juanita Pearl Mills (Chrisman); and his siblings, Gerald, Bobby Mills and Patricia Saltsman.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Arlene; his daughter Leslie Eades of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Brittany, Aftin and Christian; his great grandchildren, Sloan and Saint Ivor; and his brother Oscar Mills, Jr. of Terlton. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives, & friends.
