It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie D. Chambers of Oilton, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Janell McGinnis and Leroy William McGinnis; her parents-in-law, O. H. "Pat" Chambers and Alice Chambers; her brother-in-law Gary Irving Murch; and her nephew Michael Leroy McGinnis, II.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Chambers of Oilton, Oklahoma.; her children, David Santos Hernandez, Jr. (Jessica) of Jennings and Jennifer Rose Hernandez (David Burrows) of Cushing; her stepchildren, Delton Chambers (Tammy) of New Mexico, Misty Densing (Bill) of Nevada, Robin Cook (Jeff) of California and Matthew Chambers (Jamie) of California; her siblings, Michael Leroy McGinnis (Aimee) of San Angelo, Judy Ann Murch (late Gary) of Cushing, John Fitzgerald McGinnis (Melissa) of Clyde and Cherri Donell Raines (Matt) of Abilene, Texas; and her close friends, Terry Mills (Ohio) and Terri Jo Venegas (Lubbock). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and other friends.
