He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee Strebel Sr. and Amanda Louise Strebel (Worrick); his wife Carol Strebel; his son Billy Lee; his brother Bryan Strebel; and his grandparents, Floyd, Marie Strebel, Bernard and Gertrude Worrick.
He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Strebel of Salina, David Mitchel Strebel of Albuquerque, Jessica Marie Simons (Mikey) of Kansas, Anthony Taylor Lee (Rachel) of Pryor, Amanda Eubanks (Jeff) of Muskogee and Audra Moore of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Nicholas Jr., Shelby, Nate, Heath, Kindell, Marshall, Rylee, Martha, Jackson, Briar, Ryker and Maverick; and his sisters, Deanna Turnham (Rickey) of Owasso and Lisa Morris (Ivan) of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
