She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzley Elmo and Dona Lee Bolinger (Barrett); her husband Chester Rappe; her siblings, Judy Brassfield, Saundra Osborn and Charlie Bolinger; her daughters, Brenda Frazier and Carol Strebel; her grandsons, Billy Lee, Jr. and Carson Kellogg; her great-nephew Keith Washington; and her nieces, Janice Osborn and Bridgette Hacker.
She is survived by: her son Troy Rappe; her grandchildren, Amanda Eubanks (Jeff), Audra Moore (Michael), Taylor Lee (Rachel), Verlin Frazier (Erin), Sheri Bustamente (Isbello), C. W. Frazier, Robyn Kellogg (Michael), Abigail Rappe, Grace Rappe and Katrina Keefer; her great grandchildren, Martha Louise, Briar Lee, Ryker, Maverick Lee, Tanner Kellogg, Sierra Frazier, Rylee and Jackson Moore; her brother Roger Bolinger (Carol); her sister-in-law Becky Bolinger; her son-in-law David Strebel; and her close friends, Maxine Reece, Debbie Woffard, Judy and Lavoy Young.
