She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Holahta and Cinda Holahta (Taylor); her husband Harley A Smith; and her siblings, Estella Berryhill, Helen Tatum, Annie Holahta, Louis Holahta, Joe Holahta, Leroy Frye and Harry James Harjo.
She is survived by: her children, Harley Joe Smith (Danielle Fixico) of Okemah and Cynthia Sanders (James Jr.) of Okemah; her siblings, Timmie Holahta (Rhonda) of Okemah, Regina Phillips (Holahta) and Eugenia Faye Holahta of Okemah; her grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Murleen Smith, Kevin Smith, Bonnie Smith, Wesley Smith, Kyra Sanders and LaNia Azlin; and her great grandchildren, Cecelia, Serenity Kaulaity, Linda Kay and Amsie Underwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
