He was predeceased by: his parents, Benson Pelley and Ruth Elizabeth Pelley (Pierce). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Pelley (Fulsom); his children, Michael Pelley, Gregory Scott Pelley, Cynthia Pelley and Catherine Evans; and his brother Robert Wayne Pelley.
