He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Johnson and Judy Johnson (Bear); his wife Sandy; and his siblings, Andrew, Thomas, David Johnson and Hannah Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Lance Johnson and Eugenia R. Gaches; and his siblings, Charley Johnson Jr., Samuel Johnson and Rosie Johnson.
