He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "C. E." Smith and Eva Smith (Cornell); his son Caleb Smith; and his siblings, Shirley Fairres, Clarence "Buzz" Smith, Robert Smith and Larry "Flash" Smith.
He is survived by: his son Zach "Boone" Smith (Britni) of Okemah; his siblings, Dewayne Smith, Jerry Don Smith (Linda), Leon Smith, Edna "Wee" Carmen, Sue Johnson, Beverly Sands (Terry) and Saundra Underwood (Frank); and his grandson Bryan Coley.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home - Okemah (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859).
