She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Bench and Eula Bench (Doyle); her husband Dale Sweazea; and her brothers, Jerry Lee Bench and Bennie Eli Bench.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Walker of Okemah, Lori Parish (Larry) of Okemah and Diane White (Willard) of Okemah; and her brothers, Olen Emmitt Bench of Pampa, Johnnie Joe Bench (Carolyn) of Calvin and James "Tot" Bench (Jan). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wetumka Cemetery.
