He is survived by : his wife Lanore Jean Wortham (Johnson); his sons, Preston Wortham of Okemah, OK, Donell Wortham of Okemah, OK, Wendell Wortham (Britney) of Midwest City, OK and Richard M. Wortham of California; his stepchildren, Terry Osborn, Randy Osborn, Tony Osborn, Michael Osborn, Brenda Rockwell and Darlene Calip; and his siblings, Jimmy Wortham of Okemah, OK, Thirklied O'Quinn of Wewoka, OK and Caldonia Gilbert of Okemah, OK. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
