It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Ford in Okemah, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Ford and Annie Ford (Chisholm); his siblings, George, Ules, Wilbourn Ford, Parlee Henley and Frances Enox; and his son-in-law Charlie Bates.

He is survived by : his children, Don Ford (Rita) of Henryetta, Cyndi McDaniel (Don) of Okemah and Carolyn Bates of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Kristy Ford, Kelli Ogle (Dee), Brant Ford, Makayla Davis (Eric), Scott Bates (Robin) and Marc Bates (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Braxton Ogle, Jayci Ogle, Jacob Miller, Jaxx Miller, John Diesel Ford, Hennessey Davis, Zoie, Camden, Jackson and Jessica Bates.
