He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blackwood and Clarcie Rue Blackwood (Varnell); his brothers, Robert Blackwood and Lloyd Blackwood; and his son Larry Blackwood.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Blackwood (Glenda) of Tulsa, Sharon Hill of Tulsa and Jana Farrell (Eddie) of Okemah; and his close friend Diane Laos of Okemah. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
