It is with sadness that the passing of Levonne Stokes of Okemah, Oklahoma is shared. Levonne, born on August 31, 1956, passed away on October 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Pudgy" Noon and Patricia Noon (Bear); her grandparents, Lonie, Alex and Minnie Noon; her siblings, Carl Noon, Billy Noon and Belinda (Tyner); her son Eric Noon; and her grandsons, Brandon Noon and Nathaniel Noon.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Deere; her daughter Jenesia JB Dunmire; her sisters, Connie Noon Short and Melinda Byrd; her grandchildren, Kayla Noon (Michael), Ashton Noon (Halie), Owen Dunmire and Cord Billy Dunmire; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Amyla and Giovanni. She is also survived by family on the Deere side that called her "Grandma", and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home - Okemah (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859). A wake was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Phillip Deere Round House (104037 N 3840 Rd, Okemah, OK 74859). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026.
