She was predeceased by: her brother Warren Thompson; her brother-in-law Ted Dirickson; her nephew Robert Thompson; and her mother-in-law Mabel Augusta Loughridge (Gussie). She is survived by: her children, Linda Kay and Jason (Allison) of Corpus Christi, TX; her grandchildren, Hanna Miller (Jeremy) of Augusta, GA, Hadley Apple of Washington, DC and Zane Apple of Stillwater; her great grandchildren, Luke Henry and Archie Miller of Augusta, GA; her sister Mura Elizabeth Dirickson (Bette) of Edmond, OK; her sibling's children, Teddi Jean Cuccio of Edmond, OK, Ashley Hall of Edmond, OK, Eloise Kay Miller of Edmond, OK and Dirk Thompson; and her extended family, Greens, Rameys, Alfords and Apples.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to either Western Heights Baptist Church or Chisholm Trail Hospice in Duncan, OK.
