We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 85, Mary Ellen Copeland of Okemah, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arra Ryker and Bethel Ryker (Wolf); her husband James Clinton Copeland; her siblings, Norman, Eugene and Wilma Jackson; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Garrett, Joyce Ryker and Donald L. Copeland.

She is survived by : her sons, John Michael Copeland (Margaret) of Okemah and Jim Bill Copeland (Darlene) of Okemah; her siblings, Joe Ryker (Janet) of Owasso, Steve Ryker of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Cynthia Dunson of Broken Arrow; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Ryker of Wichita and C. J. Garrett of Okemah; her grandchildren, Levi Annis (Shelby), Jamie Copeland Foster (Brandon), Kara Copeland, Will Copeland and Amie Copeland; and her great grandchildren, Willow Foster and Beckett Ray Wadley.
