He is survived by: his mother Alvena Spain (Fisher); his children, Heather Barrett, Charlotte Stacy, Avery Spain, Kael and Aiden Spain; and his siblings, Gary Spain (Tommy Waller) and Pam Simmons. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
