She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank James Fisher and Caroline Fisher (Chaffin); her husband Carmon Watts; and her stepbrothers, Lonnie, Jeff, Larry, James and Dan Fisher.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Lee Fisher of Muskogee and Carmon Emory Watts Jr. of Tulsa; her stepbrother Troy Fisher; her sister Connie Harrison of Pine Bluff; and her granddaughter Candice.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home - Okemah (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859).
