We bid farewell to William Wilkerson of Okemah, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 22, 2026 at the age of 92. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilkerson and Daisy Pearl Wilkerson (Wesson); his son William George Wilkerson, Jr.; and his siblings, Wanda, Norma, Laqueta, Carnie and David.
He is survived by: his children, David Wilkerson (Dottie) of Tulsa, John Robert Wilkerson (Dusti) of Wetumka and Jo Brennadette Shaw of Florida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
